patcg I,m using the latest wine 1. You can download it in-game by selecting "Advanced" from the main menu and then "Check for Updates". BTS failed on upgrading to 1. It starts up, but I get a "failed to initialize python" message at the initialization. I tried BTS in vista it works fine with no lag took significantly longer to load though.
If you like, I can upload my versions of the other DLLs for you to see if it was indeed a version conflict.

Vanilla BtS seems to work okay, but FfH keeps crashing when setting up the game. You can see the gift option when going to the Account Upgrades screen, or on any user profile screen. Unfortunately for me BTS is so slow in my computer its unplayable at the moment.

Bah not being able to play this expansion! Changed cost for Sabotage Improvement mission from 75 to points. Ubuntu P4 blah blah.
Im finally going to put my vista partition to good use and see if it works with windows besides xp. Parch do this every time I start the game. This is both annoying and, in my opinion, unnecessary.
I hope someone hires you to make such a game from scratch.
